It's been 2 weeks since your reply. Any word on when the Start11 update will be out? I installed the beta for Start 11 2.7.2, it did not solve the problem Disabling the enhanced taskbar in Start11 does seem to resolve the issue, however this is an unacceptable long-term solution since I use that functionality a lot

After an update of Start 11 and a reboot, all of my fences are showing black background and icons are not visible. When I move a fence to a different monitor, the icons show up. The background color was apparently reset and transparency was set to the extreme right. When I adjust the transparency, the color does change. On the second monitor, it works properly, on the primary monitor, it acts as if there is something interfering with it. HDR is not on.
Ok, thanks
Since my old license is 14 years old, could you possibly just remove it and let it appear as a new trial license?
There's no way to get another trial? I don't need/want the full OD
That's not available. When I start Object Desktop, CE has a button to buy . When I click that, it brings me to the OD page, where I can get the trial. Problem is that I have a 14 year old expired license, which is preventing it from allowing me to have a trial
Thank you. What sort of timeframe am I looking at? it's been two full business days since you forwarded that, I haven't heard anything yet JBB
I've been a subscriber to a number of Stardock's packages over the years, it was just too much. The individual items I own are Fences 6, ObjectDock 3 and Start11 v2 Apparently I had Object Desktop back in 2012. Today I wanted to try out the Connection Explorer, so signed up for a 30 day trial. I downloaded and installed, but it is showing the packages I don't own as expired. Is there any way to get this updated for a 30 day trial? I'm really only inte
I recently upgraded my Fences from 3 to 6 (permanent license). I see that purchasing a new license will be $29.99, but a multi-license permanent license pack (with 5 licenses) is $49.99. Would it be possible to upgrade my current license from a single to a multi/5 pack license? And if so, how much will it cost?
I understand, but was hoping that this problem would have been easy to diagnose Speaking of which, when will it be supported for W10?
It IS Windows 10, I've said that in almost every post.
I already did that, it was the first thing I checked. It was off, I tried turning it on and then back off, didn't seem to do anything
Actually Windows 10, which I know is unsupported. But, I have the older version running on a second computer, and on that one, clicking the icons will open a new window, not show the current ones. and, I listed the explorer as an example. Another one I'm having the problem with is putty, with the following Dock Icon properties: Link: D:\Program Files (x86)\PuTTY\putty.exe Arguments: -load ab
I should note that this is a tabbed dock
I upgraded from an old version to the current, and now when I try to open a program, if there is one copy running it shows me that rather than opening a new one. for example, explorer.exe, another is putty. How can I fix this? Thanks
Silly me, I should have remembered that. And it works well in W10, I just upgraded and got this problem.
When clicking the Computer icon in the dock, I get the following error: Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\explorer.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again How can I fix this? Windows 10, 64 bit OD version: 2.20.0.862
I have been using the TabLaunchpad available in Object Desktop. TabLaunchpad automaticaly creates multiple rows of tabs if the tabs won't fit on one line. My main TabLaunchpad had two rows of tabs. The reason is that after setting it up, I adjusted the size so that the tab with the most entries would just fit in the entire launchtab. I am trying to replace my TabLaunchpads with ObjectDock Plus. It works very well except for the tabs; it only has one row of tabs. With the ObjectDock Plus

Thanks, that's what I needed.
I have ObjectDock Plus, and was wondering if there were any instructions or a manual available for it? I'd rather read and do things right rather than guessing how to do something. Thanks in advance
Nice idea, like it. Should be simple to add (IMHO)
I have a program which saves files with the extension .3pi I added the .3pi to keepsafe in the File Types configuration tab, and set the custom to NO. However, keepsafe is not backing up files of this type. I tried saving one in the My Documents directory, then waited about 15 minutes (I have Keepsafe set to not back up if the latest revision is less than 10 minutes old). Keepsafe did not back up the file when I saved it again. I got Keepsafe specifically for this fil
