Only drivers are installed: Nvidia and Intel Chipset + Network Adapter + Visuall C++ and Directx I mostly use portable applications so no installations should disturb this application.
I tried to install WindowBlinds on Windows 8.1 Pro x64 (freshly installed without any updates). I only installed drivers, Visual C++ and DirectX. No softwares yet, so there couldn't be compatibility issues with them.
