Hi Adam, Thank you for the information, I did all that, but it did not help. If the passcodes do not match I get a different error. Anyway the seamless KM works, only the KVM does not. When I do test connection, it says it is OK, but when I try to connect I get the error "One time passcode is wrong" I checked the version, and both are the same, actually newly installed after using purge. what is this One time passcode it is asking for, I am using M

I installed Multiplicity 4 pro in order to use the KVM functionality. The seamless KM works flawlessly however when I try to connect with the KVM in order to see the second PC screen on my main monitor it says "One time passcode is wrong" What is the one time passcode? How do I find it? I tried changing the passcode and still got the same error! How can I solve this issue?

Hello, I purchased Start 11 v2 and installed it, but it is not working , After choosing the style I want, the Start menu does not change, and when I try to start the Start 11 I get a message that my windows version is not compatible. I have Windows 10 Pro. I uninstalled it, and reinstalled my old Start 11. Please help me fix this problem. Regards, Hisham

I did that, I uninstalled and installed 3 times, the third time worked. The 'Purge'did not work, I tried it. I think the uninstall did not clean everything the first two times. Nice comedy the IT-Crowed [e digicons]XD[/e] The question is why the WB icon was not in the taskbar.

Thanks it worked. The strange thing is I could not find the WB to unload, so I uninstalled completely, and before I chose the classic theme. After the installation I was able to find the WB. Seems to be something went wrong in the installation, so for now all the problems that I had are gone. Thanks again, I was about to give up and remove WB for ever.
