DeskScapes will pause when you go into fullscreen or maximized windows. You can adjust or make sure this is enabled in the DeskScapes settings.

In the Fences configuration, under Layout and Snapping, make sure 'Store my fences positions on a per-screen-resolution basis' is selected.

Locking the taskbar in Windows has no affect on it showing. That simply prevents you from moving or resizing the taskbar.

I'm going to look at it in person before I decide. Might wait for the bigger version.
