Ha! I've just tried rebooting and the Recycle Bin re-appeared until I dragged the Desktop from the right and the Fences appeared. I've discovered that if I then drag from the left the Recycle Bin re-appears and the Fences disappear, so I seem to have got a very large desktop extending left and right. How do I get everything to appear in the bit I can see?? Please! Sorry. Problem fixed. I've unset the "Desktop Pages" setting and now have what I would have expected.

Quite impressed with this functionality and everything worked well following installation, yesterday. However, this morning on boot up, my desktop was completely blank (apart from the taskbar and recycle bin) and double-clicking on the desktop did nothing except cause the recycle bin to disappear and re-appear. I don't believe it! Thought I'd have a last check before re-installing, selected "Modern Style", clicked on the Start button and there everything was again. Really don't believe it! Maybe rebooting while in "Windows 10 Style"??? Or just Microsoft Windows 10 again!! Hey, ho!

Who knows what I may have done over Christmas and the New Year, but nothing knowingly! I first noticed this condition several days ago but didn't have time to investigate, but my PC has been rebooted several times. As it is I can't see anyway of setting the colour of the text (can't even take a snap shot of the condition). Will try re-installing when I have a few spare minutes. Thanks.

The Start menu text in Windows 7 Style and in Modern Style has disappeared - it's invisible. Actually it must be the same colour as the background because if I click in the apparently blank area, one of the Start menu programs loads - a different one depending on where you click in the "blank" space. The full list of programs (via All Programs) can be read as can "Control Panel", "Devices and Printers", etc. I've had to resort to using the Windows 10 Style!
