Thank you Bichur and Zubaz. The right click and refresh solved the problem.

When clicking on "Skins and Themes" and then either windowBlinds or Wallpapers I only see four current skins. It does not show or download any previous skins. When I click on any other choice, such as webBlinds I see current and many past skins. How do I fix this?
