Hello. I suppose I'll try that when I get time, but since it's done this since day 1 (I've just dealt with it, and finally made time to post about it yesterday) I have doubts this will change anything. Did the crash dumps provide any insight into the problem?

Thanks, AzDude. I'm following this topic.
As the title says. I can't provide specific repro steps but it happens regularly. I can go days without any issue, and then something triggers this crash when I try to access VMs on my secondary PC. I've got crash dumps, and uploaded to wetransfer here: https://we.tl/t-wrh4flrcc3 If you have a different preference for uploads, please let me know. Looks like a heap corruption bugcheck but it probably needs to be examined
Great! Thanks for your help and attention! Activated with ease. [e digicons]|-)[/e]
Hi Sean. Thanks for your reply. Just so I'm clear, there are no current discounts available? v2 served my needs so I couldn't justify the upgrade to v3 when v2 was working for me. My needs have recently changed, and KVM Pro seems to fit those needs.
Thank you! [e digicons]|-)[/e]
Hi AzDude. Thank you. That just goes to the main page, and checkout with normal pricing. I'd have loved to take advantage of the Anniversary discount offer, but I'd just started my trial and to me it makes sense to run the entire trial period of a software before commitment. Is it possible for Support to extend that or other discount to me? Another odd thing, when I enter my email to see of there are any upgrade discounts available to me, I'm told there are not. I gues
Side note: Are you aware of any upgrade or other discounts at present time? I received one in my inbox a little while ago (perhaps anniversary related?), but it expired before I was ready to commit. I've got 7 days left on the trial. I've been a long time user of the version 2 Multiplicity. The KVM Pro I've been trialing seems to fit all my needs quite well.
Thanks for the suggestion. I think between those settings, and the fact that somehow the secondary computer's display setting had been changed from it's recommended of 1920 x 1080, all is now well. A more complete setup disclosure: The primary is a Windows 10x64 Dell Precision 5520 laptop running through a Dell TB16 dock. Two Dell monitors connected to the dock. Extended display in use The secondary we've been talking about is a custom build 7x64 Sometimes afte

I have a secondary computer being controlled through KVM mode. Prior to a reboot of that system,in KVM Mode, that secondary system screen filled the KVM Mode UI, so I had a complete 24" monitor view of that secondary system. After a reboot of that secondary system, the KVM Mode UI is no longer completely filled out. the 24" monitor is about 2/3 filled, and the KVM mode UI fills the rest with black bars on each side. Is there a setting I can't find to make the secondary compute
