I had Fences 3.0 installed on Win 7 Prof, when I did an upgrade to Win 10, a few days before the July 29th deadline when the free offer ended. What I noticed after the upgrade is that Windows misbehaved after the upgrade. What I observed is that if I had multiple application/windows open, clicking on an iconed app would open it, but not bring it to the foreground. I had to icon the window in the foreground to access the one newly requested. It took several weeks of frustrating trials
