I'm on Windows 10 with all updates installed. 64 bit. Same thing happens to me except it seems to happen randomly. I don't run MS Teams. It only started after upgrading to the current version. Sad to hear it's happening even if you revert to previous. Although, PERHAPS the common denominator here is having lots of programs running.
