Hello, Running Fences 3.01 on Win 10 64bit, dual display. Re-installed Fences after having deleted it with IObit un-installer and WinOS, and still unable to create fences, as if the shell was only partly installed. Looked in the register for any "fence" remains, apparently everything was gone. After startup, the new default fences are at the right side of display1, with titles, backgrounds, borders and a number of the desktop icons. New fences cannot be created, alt
