Hello, I stumbled on this post and had the same issue a few hours ago. Options was loading a blank screen. The first thing I tried fixed it for me. I right clicked on Options on the taskbar, right clicked on Options again inside the context menu, then properties and compatibility. I changed for all users to run as administrator. I am logged in as an admin but I have it set to use UAC on demand. Options didn't prompt this confirmation, but I think it used to. Anyway, it fixed one problem for m
