Running the trial copy, I was thrilled and purchased the product. it stopped working days later. Have been trying to get support to respond for over a week. One PC is Windows 7 the other is Windows 10. Used to be able to run the bridge on Wi-Fi or ethernet, as long as both PCs were on the same subnet. Doesn't work now. <span sty
I have submitted several tickets over the last few weeks, since purchasing AccousticBridge and not heard back from support on any of these days and weeks old tickets . Submitting a ticket says check on it by logging into the helpdesk. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php? does not recognize my email and password which worked OK to purchase, OK, to update account settings
