Stardock Acoustic Bridge No Longer Works

Running the trial copy, I was thrilled and purchased the product. it stopped working days later.  Have been trying to get support to respond for over a week.


One PC is Windows 7 the other is Windows 10. Used to be able to run the bridge on Wi-Fi or ethernet, as long as  both PCs were on the same subnet. Doesn't work now.


Tried reinstalling on each PC. No luck.


Other applications such as Microsoft Mouse without Borders works worked then and now but not AcousticBridge.  No explanation as to failure.


Pinging either machine from either machine works fine.


Tried specifying computer names and tried specifying IP addresses. No luck.

I had a quick look and it looks like support asked you something and you didn't reply until yesterday.

BTW do not reply to a ticket before a response or it ends up at the back of the queue as it is sorted by most recent reply.

Regarding your issue, how fresh an install as this Windows 10 one and is that the one sending or receiving?  I ask as after 30 days Windows 10 updates itself with the November update which could explain a sudden change in behaviour.
