No problem any more. Do not know what happened. Didn´t change anything. Win 10 Start button is Ok Ruhelage

Have problem with new install (2.13) on W10 latest update. Without fences install w10 Start Button runs OK After fence install one little turning circle appears and disappears and once again. Nothing else. What is to do. ruhelage
