I can confirm this issue. Also many glitches with multiple display extended desktop.
Regarding the skinning of universal apps, how do we add these apps as exceptions as they are not stored in the traditional manner and the containing folders are protected. I query this as the skinning has caused abnormal behaviour with Netflix and I frequently have to close the app while in fullscreen or toggle fullscreen in order to have the skin displaying and buttons functioning (after entering fullscreen for the first time). I had heard explorer window transparency (background, not title or navigation bar) was planned to be added down the line for WB10. Is this present in the new beta (i'm reluctant to test it out myself as I'm not a skin author and with the report of many skins being broken by the update) or is this gonna remain a pipe-dream. I know of so many awesome blinds I use that look even better on prior versions of Windows and the old WindowBlinds due to this extra transparency effect. Ob
