Hi, I downloaded fences years ago when I first got my windows 7 laptop. I think I updated the program maybe once or twice and not in a year or two probably so I've been running some old version of fences, not sure which version at the moment. Anyway I upgraded to windows 10 and now I can't move any of my icons and I read through forums that fences is the cause of this issue. I tried using my windows uninstaller and also revo uninstaller and neither of them will show
