Having same issue on Surface Pro 4 running Windows 11 and Start11 version 1.24

I just did thank you.

I tried reinstalling (rebooted after uninstall). Nothing works. And I can't find an option to lock/unlock fences from the program's settings. Also my tray icon is gone. And everything persists after reinstalling. Thanks in advance.
