A complex MS Access app running VBA code on numerous SharePoint lists and pages sometimes runs into compatibility issues that can corrupt the Office application. Especially when testing new code. While a repair is not done "often", it is still annoying to reset all the tiles manually. I understood why they disappeared. I simply wanted an easy way to restore the setup.

Thanks. This was what I was looking for. I wasn't sure where in the registry the settings were stored. I modified the batch file to save the backup in my normal registry backup folder. Worked great. I have had other tiles disappear for various reasons. It is a great time saver to have a backup restore option.
Is there a way to back up/restore the Start Menu tile settings? I ask because every time I run an MS Office repair, all the Office tiles disappear from the Win 10 Start Menu.
Object Desktop shows updates available for WindowBlinds11 and Start11. The updates downloads, and appears to install. After reboot, the app still shows updates available. No matter how many times you do the updates, the app does not change and the update available still shows up.
