MySecret, Yes: I confirmed that I cross referenced my WC subscription with my Stardock account and they are under the same email address.
I have also tried in both IE and Firefox and get the same results. Something must be wrong because I checked my account settings and its shows that I am a level 4 customer. According to the Wincustomize subscriber resources page I should have Unlimited Power!...I mean downloads - so what gives?
I got the same problem and I logged off and on and cleared my cache!
