a little Help , please

with downloads

Today as I try to download some wallpapers
I get the " message " i'm not a ( Subscriber )
and need to join before i can do anymore downloads?

Of course I am already a member , So can this be fixed please ?

Did you try logging out then logging back in?
You may need to clear your cache as well.

I've cleared cache and re-booted a few times both in I.E. and Firefox
still No luck - get the you need to subscribe message !

SithLord you are not listed as a subscriber here on WC, did you use the same e-mail address & password that you used to subscribe to log in to this site? And or have you cross referenced your accounts?

I have also tried in both IE and Firefox and get the same results. Something must be wrong because I checked my account settings and its shows that I am a level 4 customer. According to the Wincustomize subscriber resources page I should have Unlimited Power!...I mean downloads - so what gives?

Yes: I confirmed that I cross referenced my WC subscription with my Stardock account and they are under the same email address.

Must be just a glitch today - level 4 has unlimited downloads - you don't need a subscription.

WinCustomize User level increases to User Level 4 (Current Customer). Once you purchase any WinCustomize/Stardock product, you will be automatically promoted to User Level 4. This will entitle you to unlimited file downloading on WinCustomize as long as you remain a current customer.

Then it is probably best to e-mail sales@stardock.com with all of your information. Occasionally it happens, a simple glitch & others have reported prompt & satsifactory results.

Thanks for the clarification Fairyy~...well I am at work right now hopefully this will be resolved by the time I get home or I will be forced to send my apprentice after the WC web admin(s)....

I would write your post on the thread for the site bugs..they only see that thread most of the time. I have found new threads on bugs can go unnoticed. I've noticed the site is a bit wierd today so Im sure they are probably doing something to upgrade.
