First, newly installed programs are marked with "New". On the regular Start menu this mark can be easily dismissed by either opening the program or right clicking to bring up the context menu, but on Start11, they cannot. The mark will stick around until Start11 decides on its own that the program is no longer new enough to deserve it. I am someone who needs to get rid of all "notification dots" I see as soon as possible, so not being able to get rid of these is very frustrating. Ple
