bagsybaker, Here is what I did today: Went to C:\Program Files(x86)\Stardock\Fences Remove everything I could. Some files could not be removed because they were still in use. Installed 2.13. Apparently, step 2 removed whatever kept the installer from running. I had no problem installing 2.13 and the previous fences were still there. I was then able to drag and drop shortcuts to the proper fences. Maybe I was just lucky, eithe
