With my Problem with transparent headermenu for Tor, did a second try on a fresh clean installed Win 10 System and Settings. No success. Also tried with "Windowblinds -> per application -> add Browser". Nothing. Only new i got is that i got an overlay which hiding the Buttons (Close, minimize) too.
