It is now August 2015 and I have the same problem, the only difference is that I do not have Deskscapes so thai is not the problem here. Any fixes yet????? gorwyn13

Why can't I move desk top icons to fences? I am using Windows 8.1. The only way I can do this is by copying or cutting the icons and pasting them into fences. Gorwyn13
