Yes that's it. I started using non standard scaling a week ago. It seems ok but I will look in more detail later. I seem to have lost the pages of apps on the menus. Is that not recoverable? Thanks to everyone for the help
Hi Paul No I can't see any difference. Some things work but start11 menu never shows icon just changes colour.
I have found a couple of things working. It changed the start menu icon It allowed removal of taskbar text Most seem to have no effect
Thanks for your response. No other software runs around menus/start as far as I am aware Microsoft Windows Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.856) I ran the purge and reinstalled. No change. Start11 menu does not show. If windows menu is selected it does show Some/most/all? other functions seem to have no impact eg taskbar icon size.
Bitdefender has quarantined the batch file saying it is potentially malicious!! What do you want me to do?
No change I'm afraid. Other functions are missing. 2 examples Taskbar icon size set to small - won't change from medium Windows key set to bring up start11menu - start icon changes colour but no menu displayed
Happily using Start11 for some time. Today when I hit the start button No start11 menu appears just a list of pinned apps and a link to all apps. No shortcuts or anything. It is inside a start11 box. This appears whether start11 menu is selected or not. Am using 1.25 with no recent changes as far as I know. Win 11 is fully up to date and is the standard version Have tried all the usual stuff - reboots, kicking it etc but not a reinstall. Any ideas? TIA <p

I saw settings at some stage after install but it went missing fairly soon However my Win 10 was getting more and more unstable yesterday and felt I had to do a second clean install - not happy but there we are. The Start10 instability was I guess caused by the windows problems. It has been fine so far on the new install thanks again John
Hi I have been trialing this for a couple of days. One problem I can't resolve is that I can't get the Settings link to display I have tried everything I can think of except a reinstall. All the other links display if I want them.
