Ive downloaded a WB theme that's supposed to have a transparent background in Windows Explorer, but for some reason its not working, does anyone know why or know how to get it to work?

I doubt that my specs are to low lol, (Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 TI OC, Intel i7 4770K , 24GB RAM, 6 SSD's) I appreciate your comment though : )

When i enable Force Non Acrylic Blur to make window's transparant, window's start to lag when i move them around, when i disable the feature it stops lagging, is there any way to fix that?, and if not yet, will it be fixed in an update?, i hope someone can answere, thank you in advance :3
