In ObjectDock, if you have an icon that links to a folder, my computer, control panel etc. Instead of "clicking" on the icon, you click and hold down the mouse button and it'll give you a drop down menu instead of opening the folder.
Yes, I've your email, but I've also found that there's ALOT of garbage in my registry. And I thought Norton AntiVirus, Spywarebaster, Ad-Ware was enough.
Just wondering, if anyone else is getting that 5-10 sec of "black screen" after bootskin loads before the logon loads. I want to make sure it's just me (again, most likely) or the program itself. I've fixed the logon loading, but bootskin still lags. "RegHealer", I'll try that.
What I meant was a complete overhaul of the starmenu. Animation, sounds, etc. used in such a way that it wouldn't look or feel like the original menu, but have the same features and then some. But I'm sure that's in the work.
Suggestion, if you (anyone) that haven't gotten an XBox, PS2, or GC yet. DON'T GET THEM!! Wait for "Xbox2", "PS3", or "GC2". They'll be released in a year or two. If you have waited this long, you can wait a bit longer. Note: I haven't read most of the posts here, so I expect someone already posted something similar.

I doubt it, but recently I've notice that my computer is taking longer to bootup. Screen goes white/black (depending on bootskin's skin background color) after bootskin loads for 5-10 sec. It also loading my "presonal pref..." longer than usual as/after logon loaded. I've gone into msconfig etc. Did what I could to speed up bootup, but ended with the same result. I'm not sure if it's because of my tweaking or bootskin and logon both running. Amd Athlon XP 2400+, 128mb Nvidia Ge

If you really want to play FF10 and 10.2, then get a PS2. Why get a system that doesn't have games you really want to play? Besides you can play your PS1 games on the PS2. I have a PS2.
Will the full version be able to resize to 1600x1200?
With all the extra features/enhancements from 1, can DX2 create it's own startmenu? Since it has the ability to "hide" and emulate the taskbar, can it do the same with the startmenu? I know Windowblinds can skin it, but it would be a great feature to add to future releases. Or am I just talking jibberish?

To see my niece smile or possible giggle at Nemo swimming on my computer would make me happy. I have trouble doing work when she's over (I have the aquarium theme running), she just like to watch the fishes and tap (bang) on the keyboard and click the mouse. She's 2yrs old. What if it wasn't an icon? A wallpaper perhaps? Or an image scanned? I'm not putting down anyone works, I use them so I have no complaint. Just want to be clear of what can and can't be used because of copyrighted issues.

Kona, you got it all wrong, I should've made myself clearer but that would mean a lengthy post (no one likes that). I didn't "say" those people are rippers OR you can't use that "e" for a shortcut. Doh! In other words, you have to ask for permission of the authors here and elsewhere, but not from big companys. I doubt anyone emails game/movie companys if they could use their logo/image, but I could be wrong.
What I meant was the companys copyright this and that, yet images are scanned, altered etc. When one says you can't use his or her object/image/icon for xyz reasons, there are skins with copyrighted materials that are copyrighted by big name companys (most likey permmision were not asked to use them). I don't see the difference between a WB/OD/DX author's work and a big name company of movie, music etc. Doh! I'm rambling, but here's what I'm seeing... it's okay to use the movie
Isn't it breaking a copyright if you "copy" xyz? Even if you drew it from scratch, you're stilling using their logo, image, etc.? Or is it broken if its become commerical use?
Google is my best friend!! "google it!" Popups, I haven't seen one since I've downloaded a copy of Mozilla. NEVER going back to IE (unless they update with a built in popup blocker and tab browsing!!)
