OK, Last update: i tried to activate a new key and a new emailaddress and it worked fine. So the problem was that we were trying to activate a already activated key (that we did not know off). As it's documented now there should be no problems anymore. Thanks for your help.

OK, but now i'm lost. If i try to fill in an activation key, i get the answer that the email address is unknown, when i log in to the portal with the (known to me) credentials i get the 2 2.x licences. How do i activate a key, where can i find an overview which keys are used / activated. Ok, I think i know who that is, who activated one key. But when you try to activate a key you have to fill in your email address. Hi, itsupport@mirrorcontrols purchased 25 licences Fences But we can't activate Fence, when we log in we can only see 2 2.x licences en not the 25 3.x. Order number is 4175702. Maybe the order is registered under our suppliers name: Insight. How do we activate the software. Yours sincerely, ICT support MCI Netherlands
