I just want to do one simple thing... Change the color of my inactive windows from the appalling Microsoft designated white to something (ANYTHING) else. Yes, I've tried registry tweaks. Yes, I've tried every configuration of the 'high contrast' options but they look horrible. I'm running Windows 8.1 with every driver and bios updated! Can WINDOWBLINDS Help me?
