uninstalled everything rebooted, installed object desktop. same error.. " This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.." i am the administrator... also get an "error 5" message sometimes

i am getting error when trying to update start 10, says something about retrictions on my computer and to ask my admin.. i am the admin and i can't find a problem. any ideas.

When i went into the program it didn't show my pic in picture folder, but if you right clicked on it and go to the folder it was there. so i noticed the size of the other pics, changed the size of the pic i wanted and it showed up and worked. had to take my pic size down to about 600 x 600 or about 45kb.

i have had deskscape working before the windows update. now i can't add my pics to dual monitors.. i choose a pic for monitor 1 and it puts it on both screens.. and then when i try to do monitor 2 it does the same... am i missing a setting somewhere.
