kavok: I dont know how the I-league is taking over my planets, but Im sure that its not because of culture or influence. Its very odd and even if I kill all their planets it simply start taking over my planets again.

(Considering that I have 20 planets) If I have to produce 1 dreadnouht that costs 500 and my best planet have a 100 military production force, its gonna take 5 turns to be built. Now the other 19 planets are gonna spend 100*5*19 = 9500bc + my 500 summing up to 10000bc total. I can buy it for 6880. Due to high maintenance cost I want to build only 1 ship. I really think
I just constructed a starbase on a military resource that gave me 5% bonus, but the sector had no habitable systems. Is it wiorth doing so ? Because I dont see 5% as a good reason to do it.
What is it for ? Does it make any difference in combat because I noticed that it doesnt improve any visible specs of the ship. Btw how does the battle system works ? def 100 att 30 vs def 70 att 50 first attack. How does it calculate the damage ? thanks

Is anyone having this problem ? Always when I click the stats button in the doestic section it crashes back to windows and sometimes when I click the domestic button. It started happening after several hours of play and it seems like it corrupted my save because everytime I use my latest save the bug shows up and when I get my previous save (2 hours of gameplay before) this does not happen. Is there a way to fix this ? thanks

i have to pay 50 bc/m minimum for military expenses, even if I lower the slider to 0. Why is this happening ? Is this any kind of penalties ? any help will be greatly apreciated
