Hi. I've successfully made my first real gadget. Its a notifier for the site www.zorpia.com and interacts with an API there, to tell memebers when they have new messages or responses. It runs as a system tray item. I would love to make the system tray icon flash or animate or something when there are new messages. I accept this may not be possible, but wondered. Any ideas?

I wonder if you ever found an answer to this? I'd also like to know.
I have dxplayer playing an mp3 stream quite nicely via a 'Play URL' button. My question is - how can I set a URL to play via script?
Thanks for your reply. Because I need to use combos and checkboxes, I'd rather stick to the activeX route. As its gonna be a gadget, and has a proper install, I went for the custom font. Works beautifully. The Microsoft Forms TextBox was a little strange (no caret showing). Thank again.
I am using the DesktopX Edit Control in a form. One form field is a password so I only want '*******' to show - not the actual characters. There doesn't seem to any property to set on the control to make this so. Any ideas?

Hi all. The DX 3 documentation states - "You can create simple popup menus and replace the default system tray menus...." While I am happy with making my own pop-ups, I can not figure out how to customize the default system tray menus. Any tips?
