I am a little confused as to why when I try to reply to a post, I get this message in the quick reply box at the bottom of the page: "Additional replies would exceed the limit for new accounts. If you have an issue regarding a product that you purchased and need assistance, please contact support@stardock.com ." Can someone just explain and whether or not it is temporary?
