Reply to Espionage in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

In past games I took the lead, so that may explain why I didn't see anything happen even at advanced levels of espionage. In my current game I've upped the intelligence levels of the computer players and I'm behind technologically, so I'll pump up the espionage and see what happens. Thanks for the advice!

Does Espionage do anything other then give me reports? For example, is it possible to steal techs? Thanks ~SDC~
