We tested with the Start8 trial in a pooled virtual desktop environment and it worked well. We then purchased the enterprise version of Start8 (with the activation service on the network) and Start8 activates but fails to work when users log into the VDI Pool. Start8 shows the service is running but users only have the default Windows 8 start menu.
