Two issues to report: First, on startup, on secondary monitors, Start11 taskbar (1.22) appears on the bottom of the screen, despite being configured to appear on the top. Setting in Start11 panel shows it should be on the top. Restarting explorer makes it move from the bottom of screen to top. Issue appeared after most recent update.
