I have went to Steam to install GC3 It says it did but only saw 108.7 mb download, thought it would be more. Download completed but meg pops up when trying to play. Failed to start game (missing excutable). Went to Steam support page online and tried their trouble shooting: Delete the 'appcache' folder "Run as Administrator." Flushing steam application files verifying your game files None has worked I have
