I made a simular request earlier. I wanted to have the primary task bar moveable to another display like you can in 10. I would also be happy with it being on all taskbars.

Hello, I was not able to find this feature in the Start 11 settings. So I apologize if it is, and I missed it. I am looking to move my tray icons from my primary monitor to my secondary monitor. Windows 10 and all older versions would let you drag your main taskbar to a secondary monitor. However, the only way I can see this is to set the other display to the main display. However, I don't want this to occur since I like my full-screen apps to launch on the current main display.
