Windows 10 64 bit, Fences Version 3.0.4.12

Whenever my PC has a hiccup and my desktop gets refreshed, all of my Fences are not visible on my desktop. I am left with a complete desktop screen of unsorted icons. I do have many Fences, like type of program or type of file inside the Fence. I have tried to restore a snapshot, but does not seem to work. The Fences do come back on a restart, but sometimes if I am involved with something that I cannot stop. So a restart is not a good solution and a pain.

I have a slightly same issue. When I click on an item in the fence to open that item the icon jumps out to the main part of the desktop. Windows 10 64 bit, Fences Version 3.0.4.12
