No they are not locked, i try to move the icons around but the circle with the line through comes up. the icons are not locked or auto arranged. It does it even if i disable fences
hello im having another problem based on the current one, besides not be able to arrange icons in fences, i cant arrange icons on the desktop or add folders/apps to the fences only by cut and paste or restore from the recycle bin. and i cant arrange the icons on my desktop. besides that i when i desable fences i cant move my icons arround either, or if i stop the process. i might uninstall it after i try something else.
