If you are a sucker for the transparent background windows and giggly windows like me, these seems to be a temporary fix. Turn menu animations off, and for window animations only use the lower half of the options. You know, the options that do not have a preview function, the more simple animations. That seems to keep VRAM at around 170mb, near vanilla windows. EDIT: Actually it's more then that. But it's still better.

So far working 'ok' on Windows 10. (specifically purchased WindowsFX) One glaring issue is GPU VRAM usage. It's insane. Has to be a memory leak somewhere. VRAM hits 700mb+ after 10 hours uptime with WindowFX on. EDIT: Now it's hitting over 900mb VRAM, just at the desktop.
