I am running Windows 10 Build 1903. Fences ver 2.13. I am running on two monitors. The left monitor is my main monitor and all of the fences I have are on that monitor. Recently, one program icon has begun to "escape" the fence it is in and move to the middle of my second monitor about one-fourth of the way down from the top. It seems to do this by itself.
