I don't want to lose all of the settings I have made in Start11. Is there an easy way to temporarily disable Start11 or at least preserve the settings. Thanks.

I load about a dozen startup apps. If I login as soon as the login screen appears, only about half of the startup apps get loaded. If I wait 20-30 seconds - until the HD light quits flashing fast - then all apps are loaded. I can't find any reference to this issue anywhere including Reddit. Could Start11 be involved somehow? Using Start11 v1.47 Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎6/‎21/‎2
