Umm what?? I just reformatted my laptop and pre-format I was running Start10 which I had paid for, because I accepted the free update from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, and Start8 was no longer compatible (even though it ran fine) but it kept bugging me to upgrade to Start10 for better compatibility. So I did, and it was great! Happy days. The upgrade/purchase is not appearing in my purchase history but I KNOW I paid for it and it was running perfectly fine until now. Any s
