Hello, I have created a support ticket but I have not received any confirmation message that the ticket was made. I had a ticket number but sadly enough I have lost it. I have bought Start11 but when I paid I got a "Bad Request" error from https://stardock.onfastspring.com . The money is taken from my account and I would like to receive my key for Start11 Thank you
