Support Ticket

Hello, I have created a support ticket but I have not received any confirmation message that the ticket was made. I had a ticket number but sadly enough I have lost it.

I have bought Start11 but when I paid I got a "Bad Request" error from https://stardock.onfastspring.com. The money is taken from my account and I would like to receive my key for Start11

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you remember your ticket number I can forward it Support. If not, you can wait or raise a new ticket, remember it and post it here.

There is a portal where you can view the state of your ticket:

Mind you, tickets are created \ managed via Atlassian.  Support account creation happens in their system.  You could use the credentials (email \ password) that you use for Stardock sights for Atlassian account creation but they will not work without you 1st using them to create an Atlassian account with them.

The reason one of the two tickets you placed is not being seen readily is that you keep updating it.  Tickets are sorted by last activity (naturally) so this action keeps pushing yours down. 

I answered your other ticket yesterday and will reply to it again if you have answered it.

I understand, and share, your frustration but please be patient with replies.
