well no one wanted to bother to reply to anything I have posted but i figured it out myself for others who might be lost or have the same idea that they might have support for this game. it was RadeonPro if you have it open it causes problems with older games apparently.

Ok I have over 500 games and this is one of the very few single digits examples of nonfunctional I have. My issue is this, When I launch my game it just freezes at the first screen with Fallen Enchantress. I have not made a ticket because waiting for 3 days for a generalized response is not going to do much for getting a resolution. So I have done the following. Purchased item through steam so first reaction was to: Check game integrity So I did. Then I reinstalled.<br
I like your company, I am taking my personal time to write something not to be cynical but to point out something that upsets me. I do not like having to deal with additional checks and logins with my games I like the option to have games on the developers site for alternate downloads but when I buy a game via steam I do not want to deal with origin,uplay or any other additional steps and "security" that only works to frustrate legitimate buyers.
I am posting as a customer who just purchased fallen enchantress And despite what your policy is or "how you do things" with all due respect for me to have to go through a registration process on a new games especially one purchased through steam I found to be very distasteful and insulting To force us to do these steps.
