Found a really easy way to fix this problem with windows firewall. Download Tinywall. Install it on both machines. Set it to elevated and then to Autolearn on both. Add a pc on the primary (it found mine instantly). Turn off autolearn on Tinywall on both machines. Hooray. I have closed down all but one network connector on each pc. When I add a pc the scan doesn't show up the secondary one but if I input the pc's name it shows the correct IP address but comes back with firewall errors. I have been running Multiplicity for several years now. Recently I have been unable to get the two pc's connected. An error message comes up with please check firewall setting on secondary pc. I have deleted multiplicity firewall setting from both pc's and then let the firewall settings update them selves. This didn't work Both pc's are on a private network. When I try and find the secondary pc from add computer and type in the secondary pc's
