Out of curiousity how would I reverse the "disable-auto-arrange" walkaround if I needed to?

Hi there, After setting up a bunch of folder portals on my desktop I realised that I couldn't arrange the icons like with normal fences. The pop-up message told me so. But I can with some of them. I have 2 folder portals in which I can arrange the icons how I want. The rest won't allow me to do it. I've duplicated these folder portals in multiple desktops and they continually allow me to arrange icons. But all the other ones I make won't. I can't find any
