Ok so I'm happy to stick with V2, I can't see a download link for this though, mind directing me to it?

I've had a subscription to stardock fences for years. I was prompted to update to v3 which I did, but now my serial number doesn't work. can anyone assist? Emails to support just get an automated response, which is a pain as always
